Faithway Fellowship Baptist Church – Tijeras, NM

Pastor Tim came to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ as a teen attending Mountain Springs Baptist Church, in Albuquerque, NM. Under the teaching and preaching of Dr. John Adams, Tim felt the calling of God to preach and dedicated his life to Christ soon thereafter. His parents have been faithful members of MSBC for over 25 years and have been instrumental in founding Faithway Fellowship Baptist Church with Tim. Tim was born and raised in the East Mountain area and worked for several years as a contractor before surrendering his life for full- time ministry during a missions conference at MSBC in 2006. Tim attended West Coast Baptist College the following year and earned a Bachelors degree in 2011.

Tim has a burden to reach the people of the East Mountain area with the gospel of Jesus Christ. He is a student of the Word of God with a passion to teach others the Word of God.  His prayer is that Faithway Fellowship Baptist Church will be a lighthouse to the East Mountain area and the surrounding communities.

Graceway Baptist Church – Fruitland, NM

Graceway Baptist Church is a ministry that is the result of God’s love and concern for the people of the Four Corners region.  While Michael Charles and his family were stationed at Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, they faithfully served the Lord in Mountain Springs Baptist Church.  When Michael, a native Navajo, expressed concern about the spiritual need in his homeland, he and Pastor John Adams began praying about the possibility of starting this work as a mission out of Mountain Springs.

On Sunday, October 25, 2015, the church voted unanimously to authorize Michael to plant Graceway Baptist Church.  The congregation at Mountain Springs is excited about the blessed opportunity for this new ministry, and for Michael and his family to share the Good News of the love, mercy and grace of Jesus Christ in the Four Corners area.

Harvest Baptist Church – Oak Hill, OH

Jason Williams was raised in Scioto County, Ohio. He grew up in church, getting saved at a VBS at age 7. He graduated from Wheelersburg High School in 1995. In 1999, he graduated from Shawnee State University with a plastic engineering degree. Also that year he married his wife, Michelle. They then moved away to Athens County where they lived for the next five years. His job then moved to Canal Winchester, Ohio, which moved the family to Fairfield County. It was there, at Bible Baptist Church in Lancaster, Ohio, that God started calling Jason into the ministry. He taught several classes at his church and then accepted a position as assistant pastor. In 2017, God began to burden his heart to go back home to preach. In November 2020, Jason, Michelle, and their eight children, Rachel, Jacob, Abigail, Elisabeth, Sarah, Benjamin, Matthew, and Hannah packed up and moved to a farm in Jackson, Ohio.

While waiting on God’s direction, Jason started helping out at a local church. God closed the door, but opened many more as He started to reveal His plan for Jason and his family. With the help and support of pastor, missionary, and church planter, Dr. John Adams, Jason has realized that God’s calling was to plant a church in Jackson County, Ohio. He is being sent from Mountain Springs Baptist Church in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as a church planter of Harvest Baptist Church.
